2013 Customer Service Call Center – Thank You for Holding

In order that we may continue to accomplish all the tasks needed to establish and enforce court orders, on our increasing caseload of 26,000, we implemented a Call Center in 2013.

Participant calls will be answered by Customer Service Reps, rather than being transferred to their assigned investigator. Please expect longer hold times. If you choose not to hold, please either write to us, or review our website for further information.

We Will No Longer Check Payments

The State of Wisconsin has created several outstanding resources to check on your child support payments 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
