Parent Advisory Group

The planning work to launch a Parent Advisory Group (PAG) in Wisconsin to help provide feedback to shape child support policy was started in January 2022. The group will further the Department of Children and Families' (DCF) efforts to carry out its work with a diverse, equitable, and inclusive lens. The group will support the parents and caregivers who work hard to protect and support their children’s futures by elevating their voices. It will also inform child support professionals who assist Wisconsin's families by giving them access to objective feedback.

Not everyone is aware of the child support program and the services we provide. That’s why the federal Office of Child Support Enforcement created an informational video to share with parents and partners. It looks at the most common child support services that parents will typically use and provides general advice to ensure the process goes smoothly.
